It is aged for one year in large, old oak casks. The terroir is ever present in the subtle flintiness on the nose, supported by light tannin and a hint of plum on the palate. Sip this with your Portobello burger fresh off the grill and a side of arugula with a squeeze of lemon juice, and the GOOD olive oil.
